Registrant and Donor Information
If you register to walk we will store your information so we can track donations towards your personal fundraising goal. Your team name will be shown in the sponsor a walker page so that your supporters can find you and donate towards your goal.
If you make a donation we will store your information for accounting purposes.
Registrants and donors have the option to opt-in to our email list during their registration or donation process. If you opt-in, you will be added to a mailing list and receive email from Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry, Inc. from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Forms
Our donation, contact and other forms store the information you provide so that we can follow up with you, acknowledge your donation and reconcile online donations with our accounting system. We do not share this information with any other organizations.

If you register or donate we will store anonymous information in one or more cookies that allow us to temporarily associate your browser and computer with your registration or donation for purposes of allowing you access to your receipt or registration confirmation.
